He looks a lot like him, and you can see above that they have the same eyes. Thiérrée's most recent acting role was in a film called L'autre. According to his IMDb page, he will be starring in an upcoming movie titled Corto Maltese.

Javier Bardem is a talented Spanish actor whose performances are always well-received by critics. Among his most memorable performances were in films like  No Country for Old Men, Skyfall, and Jamón Jamón. His look-alike grandfather, Rafael Bardem, was a busy actor during the '40s through '60s.

He and Rafael have similar eyes, noses, and eyebrows. They also both have faces that can allow them to portray both good and evil characters. Javier continues to grow his acting portfolio, and rumor has it that he's playing King Triton in the upcoming Little Mermaid movie.
